EmailJS. Our contact form is processed by EmailJS (emailjs.com), a third-party email delivery service. When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted through EmailJS to our support inbox. EmailJS processes this data according to their own privacy policy, available at emailjs.com.

Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Google Fonts. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect limited technical data (such as your IP address) when serving these fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com.

4. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Third-party services we use (Google Fonts, Google Analytics) may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. AI Products — StoryMorph

StoryMorph is an AI-powered product currently in development. StoryMorph is designed to process audio files using on-device AI engines — meaning audio processing occurs locally on your device rather than being uploaded to and stored on our servers. A separate, product-specific privacy policy will be published at storymorphapp.com prior to public launch.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and are not stored in a database. We do not maintain a mailing list unless you explicitly request to be added to one.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@trontechsolutions.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Children's Privacy

StoryMorph. StoryMorph is an AI software product currently in development. When available, StoryMorph will be offered at $4.99 per upload with no subscription required. Specific terms governing use of StoryMorph — including refund policy, acceptable use, and data handling — will be published in a separate Terms of Service at storymorphapp.com prior to public launch.

4. No Automated Access

You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, index, or collect data from the Site without our express written permission. We reserve the right to block any access that we reasonably believe is automated or abusive.
